Objective
- To strengthen the capacity of members organization promote and sharing their best practices among them aiming to institutionalize its overall development.
- To support and encourage local actors and inclusion of local responders in the implementing process for better service delivery.
- Tto support HAP members in applying the Humanitarian Standard by providing training, advice and policy frame works.
- To communicate, advocate, promote interventions remove barriers to develop partnership with local responders
- To monitor and report on the implementation of the Humanitarian Standard and assist members in finding solutions where necessary.
- To strengthening collective voices, shared experiences, knowledge’s and expertise.
- Considers “Localization” as a key to an effective humanitarian operation and play a crucial role in the effective, efficient and culturally appropriate delivery of humanitarian assistance in emergency.
- To make greater use of funding tools, such as develop pooled funds by local Actors/responders.
- To make local: decentralize and localize of actions.
- Ensure practical Information is disseminated regularly to members on diverse topics of practical relevance, such as, strategic management, networking, sharing resources.
- Develop and implement a Humanitarian Quality Management System;
- Provide key information about quality management to key stakeholders;
- enable beneficiaries and their representatives to participate in programme decisions;
- determine the competencies and development needs of staffs;
- establish and implement a complaints-handling procedure;
